If you own an ATi card and suffer multiple FPS drops in MTA, open Catalyst Control Center, select "3D" from the "Graphics" drop down menu, click the 1st "AA" tab and uncheck SmoothVision HD AA
Before this i was putting up with drops to 25fps several times each map, now i'm more or less a solid 39 (normal).
My OS is Vista - apparently in Win7 there's no accessible CCC but Yoda informs me there's a prog out to get around this.....

whats the prob on skc!
cuz now ive been playin on epg and many others (cuz our wont work) and i get like 50fps there, game is very smooth and stuff.
but on our server i used to get those fail-fps spikes dropping to like 20 for couple seconds and max i get is 35.

| same thing happends to me, dunno about other servers but on our race server i get fps drops from time to time, can't say the same about the dd server... on dd i only get drops when there are like 25+ players and lots of smoke around

i get fps drop some times on dd server.. i try 2 shutdown firefox thats goes better... but when it drops it goes down to 5fps then it's be normal after 5-10sec.. it's scary xD haha

I've noticed since fixing the chronic FPS prob with the CCC feature i still get the occassional drops, along with everyone else i suppose. Is it possible the scripts, or one script in perticular be causing these irregular drops..?
B!ber has the same initial prob i had, and Adiboy, but he runs Win7 and could really use that CCC fix for his ATi card, Yoda
